Ordering

Are your pieces really one-of-a-kind?

Yes. Nearly everything we sell is a single pre-owned piece — once it sells, it's gone. If something you loved sold, reach out; we often know when similar pieces are coming in.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus the express wallets offered in our secure Shopify checkout. In the showroom we can take additional payment methods — just ask.

Can you hold a piece for me?

We handle holds case by case — call the showroom at (800) 932-2646 and we'll do our best to work something out, especially on higher-value pieces.

Shipping & Delivery

How is my order shipped?

Every order ships fully insured via FedEx or UPS with signature confirmation required on delivery. Domestic orders typically ship within 1–2 business days; standard delivery takes 3–5 business days and express options are available.

Do you ship internationally?

On a case-by-case basis. International buyers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, and import fees — contact us for a quote before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return. Full details on our Returns & Shipping page.

Can I exchange a piece instead?

Happily. Contact us to arrange an exchange for a different item of equal or greater value — any price difference is charged or refunded accordingly.

Authenticity & Condition

How do I know everything is authentic?

Every piece is hand-inspected before listing — a five-point inspection covering stitching, hardware, date codes and serials, materials, and provenance. If anything we sell is ever proven not genuine, we refund every dollar, with no time limit. Read the full Authenticity Promise.

What do the condition grades mean?

Every piece is graded on a five-point scale from Pristine to Fair, conservatively — when in doubt, we grade down. Piece-specific wear is noted on each listing. See the full Condition Guide.

Selling & Consignment

How do I sell my pieces to you?

Three ways: sell outright for immediate payment, consign and get paid when it sells, or trade toward something in our collection. Authentication and evaluation are always free, with no obligation. Start on the Sell With Us page.

Which brands do you buy?

All major luxury houses — Chanel, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Cartier, Rolex, Dior, Prada, and many more. Don't see your brand? Ask — we consider all luxury and designer pieces.
