Shipping
All items are carefully packaged and fully insured during transit. We ship via FedEx or UPS with signature confirmation required on all deliveries.
- Domestic orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days
- Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express shipping: 1-2 business days
- All shipments include full insurance coverage
- Tracking information is provided via email once shipped
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within the return window for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
- Returns must include the original packaging and certificate of authenticity
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return
Exchanges
We are happy to assist with exchanges. Please contact us to arrange an exchange for a different item of equal or greater value. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
International Orders
We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Please contact us for an international shipping quote.
