Shipping

• We ship via FedEx Ground — free on orders over $70, $8 below. FedEx 2Day is available for $15; international shipping is quoted case by case.
• Orders are typically processed within one business day. We do not ship on weekends.
• A signature is required upon delivery on all shipments, to ensure secure receipt.
• Once a FedEx label is created, the delivery address cannot be changed to a forwarding address — address changes can only be made before the label is created.
• Luxury 24/7 is not responsible for packages lost in transit, weather-related damages, or delays beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We maintain a firm no-return, no-refund policy — with one exception that matters more than any other: authenticity. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. If an item is ever determined to be inauthentic, we provide a full refund.

Because every piece is one of one, we'd rather help you buy with total confidence than take returns. Before you purchase, ask us for additional photos, video, measurements, or a detailed condition walkthrough — or visit the Alhambra showroom and see the piece in person.

International Orders

International shipping is available for an additional fee. International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Contact us for a quote before ordering.
